Primary Services


  • Deliver solutions that incorporate instructional design, development, delivery and measurement of most appropriate learning solutions, including e-learning, web and mobile technologies, in-person/classroom delivery, and blended learning methodologies
  • Lead/assist/support user design and integration of Learning Management System ( any major brands eg. CornerStone, BlackBoard, SABA etc.) to efficiently and effectively track employee learning and development.
  • Adjusts, improves, and articulates the L&D and Talent vision as your organization evolves.



  • Serves as strong partner and collaborator to understand your organization’s development and training needs and best delivery approach to provide effective and engaging learning experiences.
  • Partners with key stake-holders to evaluate product/process and behavioral training needs to deliver comprehensive and service-oriented training solutions.
  • Collaborates with HR Dept (or relevant dept) to develop Talent Strategy to deliver integrated employee development solutions.
  • Collaborate & interface with others eLearning Development & Designers, Training Coordinator, Learning Experience team and Talent Program team.
